Refund policy
Return Policy:
We adhere to a 14-day return policy, providing you with a two-week window from the date of item receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Initiate a return by reaching out to us at returns@cold-mind.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with our return shipping address and detailed instructions. Note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, and the associated return shipping costs are not our responsibility.

Damages and Defects:
Inspect your order upon receipt, and promptly notify us if you encounter any defects, damages, or if you receive an incorrect item. This enables us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Regrettably, we cannot process returns for items on sale.
Return to Sender (RTS):
If your order is returned due to an expired collection period set by the postal/logistic company, we are not liable for any re-shipment costs. In such cases, a processing and restocking fee of 30% will be applied if a refund is requested.
Exchanges:
For a swift exchange, kindly return the original item. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
